I am In-Network with several insurances including Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Anthem, Kaiser of WA, Lifewise, and Aetna.
My out-of-pocket fee for a 50 minute session is $150. I also have a limited number of sliding scale spots available.
If I am not In-Network with your insurance, you may still be able to submit a "superbill" to your insurance for partial reimbursement. In this case, you pay for the full amount of the session out-of-pocket and then submit the bill to your insurance company. They will then mail you a check for the amount they reimburse. You may have to meet the amount of a deductible (out-of-pocket) before these benefits kick in. If you'd like to pursue this option, it is best to call your insurance carrier to verify Out-of-Network benefits for code 90837 (Individual Therapy).
